The Albanian Australian Islamic Society’s (AAIS) Women’s Committee organised the fifth annual ‘Kids’ Bayram Carnival’ on Saturday 25th August 2018.
Alhamdulilah, we were blessed with a beautiful sunny day for the event. The AAIS Youth Centre was filled with a wonderful celebratory atmosphere with wall to wall decorations; including balloons, streamers and other lovely party accessories.
The rainbow carnival theme was enjoyed by approximately three hundred (300) members of the AAIS, including over one hundred and twenty (120) children.
There were a number of wonderful stalls and stands offering show bags, lucky dips and Islamic books and gifts.
The kids enjoyed all the ongoing activities; including a jumping castle, an inflatable obstacle course, sumo suits, ride on plush animals, toddler play area, face painting, fairy floss, soft serve ice cream and a photo booth.
The kids dessert table was very popular, as well as the sausage sizzle, whilst parents enjoyed the café and socialising with other members of the Society.
On behalf of the AAIS Women’s Committee, I sincerely thank all the AAIS financial members, who volunteered their time to work tirelessly to ensure that all the kids had a wonderful time.

KARNEVALI I FËMIJËVE PËR BAJRAM
Këshilli i Grave të Shoqatës Islamike Shqiptare Australiane (AAIS) organizoi të shtunën me 25 Gusht 2018 Karnavalin e Fëmijëve për Bajram për herë të pestë me radhë’.
Elhamdulilah, Allahu na begatoj me një ditë të bukur me diell për ngjarjen. Qendra Rinore e AAIS-it ishte e mbushur me një atmosferë të mrekullueshme festive me dekorime në të gjitha muret; duke përfshirë balona, valixhe dhe pajisje të tjera të bukura festive.
Tema e karnavalit të ylberit u gëzua nga rreth treqind (300) anëtarë të AAIS-it, duke përfshirë mbi njëqind e njëzet (120) fëmijë.
Kishte një numër tezgash dhe stenda të mrekullueshme që ofronin çanta për shfaqje, dhurata nga lojëra fati si dhe libra dhe dhurata islame.
Fëmijët gëzonin të gjitha aktivitetet e vazhdueshme; duke përfshirë një kështjellë kërcyese, një kurs kërcënues inflatable, kostume sumo, udhëtim në kafshë prej pelushi, zonë e lojërave për foshnje, pikturimi i fytyrave, pantofla zanash, akullore dhe një kabinë fotografish.
Tabela e ëmbëlsirave për fëmijë ishte shumë e famshme, si dhe salsicet e shijshme, ndërsa prindërit shijonin kafenë dhe shoqëroheshin me anëtarët e tjerë të shoqatës.
Në emër të Këshillit të Grave të AAIS-it, unë falënderoj sinqerisht të gjithë anëtarët financiarë të AAIS-it të cilët vullnetarizuan kohën e tyre për të punuar pa u lodhur për të siguruar që të gjithë fëmijët kishin një kohë të mrekullueshme.
Gjithashtu, një falenderim shumë i veçantë për bizneset e mëposhtme që dhuruan ëmbëlsirat e mrekullueshme në tavolinen e Ëmbëlsirave:
